Sheldon Pressler,who also owns ,new century financial, sits on the committe that admends the laws,for the N.j. small claims court. His sister in law is Judge sylvia Pressler. They are changing the laws to make proffits.Some thing needs to change!!

I know you posted this months ago, but honestly I would contact an attorney. They have no legal standing to get a judgement on a debt that obviously past the statue of limitations. I would report it to the FTC, and the Attorney General of that state, and if all else fails try to find a lawyer will to sue the collection agency for their violations of the law.

It’s only a matter of time before many more feel as you do and this Government better watch out.

The entire Goddam country is in debt. Why don’t these collector callers harass the government for their fiscal irresponsibleness, erratic spending habits, and them raising the debt ceiling time & time again? I believe the national debt is over $10 trillion now. But as far as collector agents goes, they’re all scum. They’re all like vampires wanting to suck your blood. What Pressler & Pressler is doing is not LEGAL. In order for them to win a judgement they must have the following and they must have all three elements. 1. A legal contract with your signature on it. 2. Evidence of a complaining party. 3. Damages they suffered due to a breach of contract. If they did not lend you any money you owe them nothing. They are committing fraud, theft, embezzlement, and money-laundering. File criminal charges for against them for theft by deception, fraud, and perjury!

Those bottom feeder got a judgement againt me without notice or the option to defend myself in a new jersey court. Now this dept i well over 13 years old they have sent me a information sopena and taken me back to court to get me to pay a dept i payed off years ago is that leagal. I hate Pressler and pressler may they all rot in hell. Scumbags!

This is a good video more video should be like this. Everyone needs to get together and counterclaim every judgement Pressler gets from you and sue them for TRIPLE the amount.
